Our history

Originally called Presidential Contract Services, the business was first set up by Ramadan’s parents who, with over 15 years’ experience, provided residential and commercial cleaning services to Perth’s home and business owners.

Whilst studying Accounting, Ramadan became more involved with the business resulting in our first big contract being awarded by ABC Leaning Centres. This multi-site contract necessitated rapid expansion of our business and staff numbers.

Presidential begins taking on a variety of repair and building maintenance work for our existing clients including the WA Department of Housing. This soon expands into regularly undertaking building repair and construction projects for new clients including home and business owners as well as strata managers and insurance providers.

Following many years of carrying out insurance repair and building work for clients throughout Perth and WA, our Building Services Division is officially established as a separate operation to Facility Services.

With demand for painting services increasing on the back of our considerable insurance repair work, a dedicated Painting Services Division is created.

Presidential Group moves to our new corporate headquarters in Wangara.

After regularly providing emergency building repair services to our insurance clients, our specialised Emergency Services Division is created, and Presidential Group is officially established.

Our Restoration Services Division is created to provide specialised, non-emergency restoration services to home and business owners, property managers, commercial facility managers and insurers.

With technology continuing to evolve it has drastically increased the electrical services can be provided. With innovation being a key part of the Presidential Group it was important to us to start our new division Presidential Electrical Services. We are confident that we can use traditional and new methods to fulfil all of our customers needs.
